KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Vice President Mike Pence will visit the Kansas City area next week in a campaign appearance for Rep. Kevin Yoder.
Yoder (R – 3rd District) is in a battle to hold on to his congressional seat.
Sources told 41 Action News that Pence will attend a fundraiser for Yoder on Wednesday, July 11 in Johnson County.
Yoder may not be at the event, however, as sources say he will be in Washington to cast votes.
Limited details of the event were sent to Yoder supporters this week. Some tickets will cost $5,400 to attend the appearance and to have a photo with Pence.
Sources say Pence will also attend a tax reform event the same day in Kansas City, Missouri. Details of this event were not immediately available.
