KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 36-inch water main break closed Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard between 45th Street and Elmwood Avenue on Thursday.
41 Action News crews on the scene reported the break happened in the median east of Elmwood.
The cause of the break is still unknown, but no customers were affected by the break.
Crews were heading to scene to repair the main.
There was no word on traffic impact or how long it would take to repair.
