KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Leawood law firm provided meals from a local restaurant to area hospital workers Tuesday in lieu of a company holiday party.

Bartimus Frickleton Robertson & Rader purchased the meals from Tavern at Mission Farms for nurses and Research Medical Center.

Mike Rader, a partner at the law firm, said in a video statement that they wanted to do something special for a local business, as well as the health care workers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The law firm bought 300 meals as a thank-you to the nurses.
