KANSAS CITY, Mo. — On Christmas Eve, Overland Park Police Officers performed a "Christmas Miracle" for the Rosado family.

The department posted the story on their Facebook page.

About a week ago, Ms. Rosado was preparing to take her children to school when their car was stolen.

All of the Christmas gifts for the children were in the car's trunk.

Police caught the suspects and found the family's car, but it had been destroyed.

Police officers officers surprised Ms. Rosado with a new car on Christmas Eve.

It was bought for her by the Overland Park Police Foundation.

The Target Corporation also made sure Ms. Rosado and her family got gifts for Christmas, along with a Christmas meal.
