KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One University of Missouri-Kansas City student is taking student welfare into her own hands.
Aubrey Larkin runs a clothing boutique called Aubrey's Attic Co.
The latest item in her shop is a shirt that reads, "Staying in is cool."
Proceeds from the sale of the shirts will go to the UMKC Emergency Student Relief Fund to assist students who may be struggling during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The shirts sell for $34 and all of the money goes to students in need. The shirts are available for preorder online.
UMKC students in need of support can apply online to receive money from the fund.
