KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The organization Give and Partake, known for its popular brunch book, has adapted its latest release to the changes brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.

The books allow customers to explore different restaurants in the Kansas City area, acting as a passport. As patrons visit each establishment, they receive a stamp for successfully tasting the food options. But as dining in has become more restricted, the organization created "Give and ParTAKEOUT".

"You bring your book in, you order takeout and then you get your first stamp," Give and Partake CEO Ashley Judy said. "And then whenever you go back in when you can dine in, they will see that you have stamped that page and the stamp kind of unlocks the discount. And then you get a $10 off credit on your dine in."

The following restaurants are participating:

  1. Affare
  2. Barley's (two locations)
  3. Best Regards Bakery
  4. Bier Station
  5. Blue Moose (three locations)
  6. Brass Onion
  7. Brick House
  8. Charlie Hooper's
  9. Chicken N Pickle
  10. Chick-In-Waffle
  11. Donutology
  12. Fannie's West African
  13. The Fix KC
  14. Jerusalem Cafe
  15. John's Big Deck
  16. Lew's Grill & Bar
  17. Love at First Bite

  19. Old Shawnee Pizza (two locations)
  20. Sobahn
  21. Sol Cantina
