KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City-area artist wanted to help keep kids entertained while at home during the coronavirus pandemic. So he created a coloring book, using his own pets as inspiration for the pictures.

"I'm just an artist so I can't do a whole lot about a pandemic, but I can do a little art and maybe take a kid's mind off of everything that's going on and maybe give parents a little help," Recuso said.

The coloring book can be downloaded and printed for free.

The artist hopes to get more support so he can print the books himself and give to families who don't have printers.
