KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A woman was found shot to death shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Sunday in the 6000 block of Park Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri.
KCPD said in a press release that three persons of interest are in custody in connection with the shooting.
Officers responding to a reported shooting at a residence in the area observed a silver Chevrolet Camaro fleeing at a high rate of speed.
KCPD units chased the vehicle into Kansas City, Kansas, where three people eventually were taken into custody.
A search of the residence found a white female in her late 20s. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
