KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A woman was rescued from a burning home in the 5800 block of east 15th Terrace early Sunday morning.
Firefighters were called to 5830 E 15th Terrace just after 4:00 Sunday morning.
Initial reports say flames were showing on arrival. The fire reportedly started on the back deck.
A woman was pulled out of the burning home. She did not suffer serious injuries, but the American Red Cross was called in to assist.
No word yet on what caused the fire.
