Wyandotte County jury convicts man of KCK triple murder

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Wyandotte County jury found a 29-year-old man guilty Thursday of three counts of premeditated first-degree murder.

Mondale Douglas was convicted of shooting and killing three men in April 2018 at a duplex in the 1100 block of Tenny Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas.

Edward Rawlins, 50; David Rawlins, 45; and Addrin Coats, 39; died in the shooting.

Douglas will be sentenced on March 13.
