KANSAS CITY, Mo. — YouTube TV subscribers won't be able to stream regional sporting events at the end of the month.
Starting Feb. 29, YouTube TV will no longer carry the FOX Regional Sports Networks and YES Network.
Fox Sports Midwest and Fox Sports Kansas City fall under the regional networks, so those hoping to watch the Kansas City Royals or Sporting KC on the platform could be out of luck.
The loss of channels is because YouTube TV and broadcast company Sinclair failed to reach an agreement.
YouTube TV sent the announcement to subscribers via email Friday.
