ORIGINAL STORY | The University of Kansas has canceled “all fan activities” in relation to the Big 12, according to a statement from Kansas Athletics.

The move to nix pre-game parties and pep rallies comes on the heels of the Big 12 and NCAA restricting fan access to games.

Fans who purchased Big 12 tickets from the Kansas Athletics Ticket Office will receive a refund, according to the statement.

Those who purchased tickets to Wednesday’s Big 12 game were able to attend. For all future games, teams will be provided 125 tickets for staff and guests of student-athletes, according to a statement from Big 12 Commissioner Bill Bowlsby.
