MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — The Miami Dolphins on Sunday honored a beloved Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School coach who lost his life during the Feb. 14 shooting at the school.
Coach Aaron Feis was shot while he shielded students from the gunfire.
The Dolphins honored Feis' bravery and his legacy by presenting his wife and daughter the George Smith High School Coach of the Year Award.
Miami defeated Tennessee 27-20 after two weather delays in the first game of the season.
