PHOTOS: Crews work three-alarm apartment fire in east Kansas City

Firefighters battled a three-alarm fire at an apartment building on East 31st Street and Indiana Avenue Wednesday morning. Tenants had been forced out earlier in the month due to an electrical fire and lost all the possessions left in the building. There were no injuries.
