RENDERINGS: City of Lenexa approves 2 major projects with The Yard, The Lofts

Two new projects will soon be underway in Lenexa, Kansas. The first, called "The Yard," is a mixed-use L-shaped building with office space, two restaurants and outdoor entertainment. The patio will have leisure sports courts, a fire pit, couch seating, and a host station with restrooms. Another project to its south, called "The Lofts," will be another mixed-use project with office and retail space on the ground floor and four stories of apartments above.
