KANSAS CITY, Mo. — This week Chew Diligence co-hosts Lindsay Shively and Jill Silva are joined by Chef Michael Foust, founder of The Farmhouse in the now-teeming City Market district, and Black Sheep + Market on 39th Street.
A supporter of the farming community, Foust said he considers himself an artist in food — and to be a great artist you need great tools, which farmers provide to him in the form of fresh, locally-grown food.
