Donald Trump walked onto the Midland stage like a rock star. As soon as his speech was under way, protesters stood up in the crowd to disrupt.
"We are going to take our country back from these people. We are going to take it back,” said Trump of protesters.
Trump told his supporters police advised him not to speak in Kansas City for safety reasons.
"I told the police I knew there was going to be problems here, they said why don’t you cancel and I said no we are not cancelling this time," said Trump.
Kansas City Police Chief Darryl Forte tweeted he never advised Trump to cancel.

Forte said four protesters were arrested on Saturday night. No property damage or injuries were reported, according to the chief.
After interruptions, Trump focuses on Cruz, Rubio
After most of the protesters were kicked out, Trump focused on swaying Kansas City voters, taking jabs at his competitors.
"It's not for little Marco, and it's not for lying Ted, OK. It's not for lying, the biggest liar, this is the biggest liar I have ever seen in my life," said Trump.
Trump told people he is in favor of water boarding and free trade. The biggest applause came when Trump spoke of illegal aliens.
"We are going to have strong boarders, we are not going to let the drugs pour in, we're not going to let people come in that are illegal," said Trump. "And Mexico, as sure as you're standing here, Mexico is going to pay for the wall.”
Trump wrapped up the night by telling supporters to vote next Tuesday in the Missouri primary.
"Because of that evening, I went out on Tuesday and I voted. That was one of the greatest things I ever did because you are going to be proud of your president, and you are going to be so proud of our country and we are going to make America great again," said Trump.
