The Johnson County Elections Office is dealing with a technical glitch that forced them to stop reporting results on election night.
The tally software got overwhelmed by the large number of paper ballots three hours into counting.
Officials were speaking with a technician and rebooted the tabulation system.
Workers had to start over again. They remained at the office well into Wednesday morning.
Election Commissioner Ronnie Metsker said they don't know when they'll be done, but they're going to be at the office until it's finished.
No votes were lost.
