The planned reopening of a Johnson County landmark is now being delayed.

Mission Bowl caught fire last April and heavily damaged part of the building.

But then according to owner, Beverly O’Donnell, rainwater from severe storms damaged the rest of the building at 5399 Martway St.

O’Donnell said legal issues with the hired contractor is preventing the 55-year old bowling alley from reopening.

Mission bowl says if you have any questions about future events, you can call their Olathe location at (913) 782-0279.
