KANSAS CITY, Kan. — One person is dead after a hit-and-run crash in Kansas City, Kansas.
Police said just after 10 p.m. Sunday night, they responded to a fatality crash in the 1200 block of Osage Avenue.
When they got to the scene, they found a Ford F-150 and a Ford four-door car had been involved in a crash.
Initial investigation showed that the car was going south on 12th Street when the pickup truck didn’t stop at a stop sign and collided with it.
The driver of the car, a white man in his 20s, was found dead on the scene. The driver of the truck fled the scene before police got there.
