KANSAS CITY, Kan. - One man died and two others were injured in a triple shooting Friday night.
Police said three men in their 20s were shot while they were in a car at 41st and Adams. The driver drove to 41st and Booth before the car stopped and they made contact with police.
The victims were taken to a hospital for medical attention. One man died and two other men suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The victim was identified as John Calata, 31, of Kansas City, Kansas.

There is no suspect information at this time.
KCK police said late Friday night officers found shell casings at a residence and took precautions to try and make contact with someone there.
