An Overland Park, Kan., man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Webster County, Mo., on Sunday morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the crash happened Sunday at 11 a.m. on Interstate 44 eastbound just four miles east of Strafford, Mo.
Dale Mestas, 60, has been identified as the victim of the wreck.
According to the incident report, Mestas lost control of his 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle while passing a tractor trailer on the highway.
He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by Webster County Deputy Coroner Wayne Plunkett.
