The Kansas Attorney General’s Office will be providing free child identification kits at the Wyandotte County Fair this year.
The identification kits as well as information on how to protect yourself from theft, scams, and deceptive business practices will be available to everyone who visits the attorney general’s booth during the County Fair.
“Protecting Kansas children and our consumers are important priorities for our office,” Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said. “I hope people will stop by our booth to learn more about how they can keep themselves and their families safe.”
The attorney general’s booth will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. July 11 though the 14 and from noon to 10 p.m. on July 15.
The Wyandotte County Fair runs from July 11 through July 15 and will be located at 13700 Polfer Rd. Kansas City, Kansas.
