ST LOUIS, Mo. – The judge presiding over Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens’ invasion of privacy charge set a trial date Wednesday.

Following two days of back and forth between prosecutors and Greitens’ defense team, the judge set a trial date of May 14, according to KSDK-TV in St. Louis.

Greitens’ defense team previously filed a motion to dismiss the charges.

KSDK-TV also reports that during the hearing, prosecutors said that although they have plans to obtain a nude photo at the center of the criminal charges, they currently do not possess the photo.

A St. Louis Grand Jury indicted the governor last week on felony invasion of privacy charges stemming from a nude photo allegedly taken of the woman Greitens had an affair with in 2015.

Greitens has admitted to the affair but has denied any criminal wrongdoing and has denied ever taking a photo of the woman.
