Time Warner Cable says an outage is impacting thousands of customers in the Kansas City metro area.
A spokesperson told 41 Action News there are problems with the cable company’s video equipment.
Engineers are working to fix the problems.
The outage started at around 8 a.m. Sunday morning.
No timeline has been given on when it will be fully repaired.
