KANSAS CITY, Mo. — There is no shortage of acts of kindness here in the Kansas City area and the Greater Kansas City Links, Incorporated is doing its part to help families and individuals who need clothes.
The Links held a drive-thru, contact-less clothing drive last Saturday. People donated more than 2,000 articles of new and gently-used clothing as well as jewelry, makeup and shoes.
The items will help fill the clothes closet at Southeast High School, Catholic Charities True Vine and the KC Refugee organization.
