KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The NFL Draft is less than a week away and every NFL team will be looking to shore up its roster in the trenches.

Offensive line isn’t the league’s glamour position, but it sets the foundation for the offense.

The Kansas City Chiefs were good enough up front last year to win the Super Bowl, but protecting Patrick Mahomes has to be a top priority for the franchise moving forward.

After all, Mahomes is the franchise in many respects. Heck, he’s become the biggest star in the whole NFL.
