KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The New England Patriots had at least one player test positive for COVID-19 after the team traveled to Kansas City to play the Chiefs, according to NFL sources.
NFL Network's Tom Pelissero tweeted Monday morning that cornerback Stephon Gilmore tested positive Tuesday, the day after the Chiefs game.

This test comes after Patriots quarterback Cam Newton tested positive over the weekend, delaying what should have been a Sunday game until Monday night.
All players for both teams returned negative tests on Monday morning ahead of the game.
ESPN's Dianna Russini reported that all players on the Chiefs had negative COVID-19 tests Wednesday morning.
All tests came back negative from the Kansas City Chiefs today per source.

41 Action News has reached out to the Kansas City Chiefs for comment but they had no comment.

The Patriots aren't the only team dealing with positive test results.
The Tennessee Titans had to reschedule their last game due to several positive tests. It looks like that could be the case again this week.

The Las Vegas Raiders have also had a positive case of COVID-19. The Chiefs are slated to play them on Sunday.
