KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid confirmed to reporters Wednesday that L'Jarius Sneed suffered a broken collarbone Monday night against the Baltimore Ravens.

Reid said that Sneed is "going to get his clavicle fixed" after it was fractured.

In a diving play for an interception, Sneed landed on his shoulder and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Sneed's injury comes as the Chiefs welcomed back Charvarius Ward, who suffered a hand injury and returned Monday night in a cast.

The Chiefs have also been without Bashaud Breeland, who is serving a four-game suspension.

Sneed, a fourth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, has had an impressive rookie season.

With two intercepted passes in his first two career games, Sneed was looking for his third when he was injured.
