KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Royals catcher Drew Butera is known for his hair flip. When he does it for the next few days, it will feature pink hair.
Butera dyed his hair pink after a young boy, named Dagan, beat cancer.

In a video posted on the Royals' Twitter account, Butera says he met Dagan and his family when Dagan was undergoing treatment in December of 2016. At that time, Dagan had his hair dyed. When the two got to talking, Butera made him a promise.
Butera told the Dagan, when he beat cancer, Butera would dye his hair his hair as well.
