KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City fans celebrated the St. Louis Blues’ breakthrough Stanley Cup championship last June.
Now, it appears at least one Blues player has caught Chiefs fever, which is spreading across the country and even the world ahead of Super Bowl LIV.
During NHL All-Star weekend Friday night in St. Louis, Blues center and assistant captain Ryan O’Reilly donned a Chiefs helmet as he buzzed around the ice.

O’Reilly is from Clinton, Ontario, Canada, but apparently that doesn’t stop him from becoming a member of Chiefs Kingdom.
The Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl on Feb. 2 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
