KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City Chiefs player Bashaud Breeland was arrested on Tuesday in South Carolina on multiple charges.
UPDATE: Breeland released on bond; more details of arrest revealed
Breeland was booked in the York County Jail on charges of resisting arrest, transporting alcohol with the seal broken in a vehicle, having an open container of beer or wine in a motor vehicle, possession of 28 grams or less of marijuana or 10 grams of hash and driving without a license.
He was no longer listed as an inmate as of early Wednesday morning, and had been tweeting overnight about the situation.
