KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City went crazy at Power & Light, bars across town and, well, everywhere.

But the party was pretty good inside the Chiefs' locker room at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, as well.

Chiefs quarterback and Super Bowl LIV MVP Patrick Mahomes' message after winning the Super Bowl was short and sweet on Twitter.

Mahomes later tweeted a photo 50 years in the making, a Chiefs starting QB hoisting the Lombardi Trophy.

Mahomes even hit the way-back machine, retweeting himself from seven years ago about delivering the iconic "I'm going to Disney World" line. He got to do exactly that after the game on the field with Terry Bradshaw, a two-time Super Bowl MVP in his own right.

Tyrann Mathieu, who was the biggest free-agent signing of the offseason as the Chiefs sought to rebuild the defense, thanked the man who runs the franchise.

But he didn't stop there, showing love for the support to former teammates ...

... and current teammates.

Mathieu even had a message for the haters.

By the way, KC, guess who's ready to party?

Stefen Wisniewski celebrated the Chiefs’ Super Bowl LIV victory by giving the Lombardi Trophy a smooch.

It may not become iconic outside Kansas City, but Chiefs fans are certain to enjoy it.

Wide receiver Gehrig Dieter had a similar notion.

He also shared a smooch with his wife on the Hard Rock Stadium field among the celebratory confetti.

Rookie defensive tackle Khalen Saunders also took a moment to savor the team’s new addition to the trophy case.

After going well into the fourth quarter without recording a tackle, defensive end Frank Clark — the centerpiece trade acquisition of the offseason defensive rebuild — sacked 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo on fourth down, ending the last-gasp drive after the Chiefs had taken a 24-20 lead.

After coming over from the Seattle Seahawks in the offseason to shore up the league’s worst defense last season, Clark took a well-deserved victory lap on Twitter.

Kansas City cornerback Charvarius Ward seemed pretty thrilled with the win …

… and winning a trophy.

Defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi gave a shout out to his hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia, after the Super Bowl win.

But only after taking a swim in the celebratory confetti.

Chiefs rookie cornerback Rashad Fenton celebrated on social media with a photo.

Safety Armani Watts was overcome in the moments after the win.

Harrison Butker managed to snag a pretty sweet pic for his Twitter.

Chiefs rookie safety Juan Thornhill, who was lost for the season when he suffered a torn ACL in the regular-season finale, lamented being unable to play early in the third quarter.

His mood seemed to have brightened by the end, and hopefully this won’t be his only chance at a ring.
