KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Chiefs had signed a new defensive lineman and quarterback, which means they needed to make room on the roster and Monday they did.
The team waived running back Mike Weber and tight end Alize Mack. Neither one ever played for the Chiefs.
As reported in previous days on 41 Action News, the Chiefs signed defensive end Taco Charlton and quarterback Shea Patterson, who both played college football at Michigan.
