KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Single-game and group tickets for the Kansas City Chiefs' 2020 home schedule will go on sale Friday.
Season-ticket members will be able to purchase presale tickets beginning at 11 a.m. Friday, according to a news release.
Jackson County residents can purchase tickets through their special presale from 8 to 10 a.m. on Friday. This will be the first time Jackson County taxpayers will only be able to purchase tickets online.
Ticket sales open to the general public at noon on the Chiefs website.
Full refunds will be offered for any games that are canceled and cannot be rescheduled or any games “played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending, such as a public authority restricts gatherings to no more than a small number of people,” the team said in a release.
“Season Ticket Members will have the option for a refund or can credit the cost of their variably priced ticket(s) for any affected games,” the Chiefs said in a statement. “Any resale tickets purchased would be subject to the refund policy of the marketplace used for purchase.”
A live social media broadcast is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. on Thursday to announce the reigning Super Bowl champion Chiefs' schedule for the upcoming season.
Kansas City will play home-and-away games with its AFC West rivals — the Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Chargers.
The rest of the home schedule includes scheduled games against the New England Patriots, New York Jets, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers and Houston Texans.
The Chiefs' remaining road games will be at the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo BIlls, Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
