Chiefs single-game tickets to go on sale Thursday

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Want to see the NFL MVP in action? How about the Kansas City Chiefs' new defense? Starting Thursday, you can get tickets to do just that.

Single-game tickets will go on sale Thursday, the team announced Tuesday.

Jackson County taxpayers can get tickets starting at 8 a.m. Thursday at the Arrowhead Stadium Ticket Office. Taxpayers must bring one form of ID that includes a photo and a 2018 personal property tax receipt.

Season ticket holders also will have a presale beginning at 8 a.m. The team will alert season tickets holders with information about how to buy tickets.

For all fans, tickets can be bought online starting at 10 a.m. Thursday.

It's also encouraged to get parking passes early. You can get your parking passes online, when you purchase tickets or ahead of a game.

The NFL will announce the Chiefs 2019 schedule at 8 p.m. Wednesday. While the dates and times will come Wednesday, some of the Chiefs' opponents for the upcoming season are already known.

This year, the Chiefs will play the Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, Oakland Raiders, Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts and Minnesota Vikings at Arrowhead Stadium.

On the road, the Chiefs will play the Broncos, Chargers, Raiders, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars, New England Patriots and Tennessee Titans.

Earlier this year, the NFL announced the Chiefs will play the Chargers in Mexico City.
