According to reports, the Chiefs will receive a 2021 sixth-round draft pick in return for Washington and a 2021 seventh-round draft pick.
The Chiefs signed Washington this off season after spending his first four seasons with the Las Vegas Raiders.
With the Chiefs depth at running back, Washington spent the majority of the season on the practice team. He was on the active roster for the Chiefs game against the Broncos where he had 3 carries for 5 yards.
