KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill returned to practice on Thursday after missing out Wednesday due to an illness.

Head coach Andy Reid clarified on Wednesday that the illness was not related to COVID-19.

Offensive lineman Yasir Durant also returned to practice Thursday (illness). The only player who did not practice was linebacker Damien Wilson, who continues to nurse a knee injury.

Heading into their Week 14 matchup against the Miami Dolphins, the Chiefs have a chance to secure the AFC West division title.

Kansas City has already earned a playoff berth with their 22-16 win last week over the Denver Broncos, but in order to pick up the AFC West, the Chiefs must win Sunday or the Las Vegas Raiders must lose to the Indianapolis Colts.
