The NFL has released the schedules for the 2016 regular season.
The Chiefs will open the season at home against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016, starting at noon Central time.

The Chiefs will also be playing at Arrowhead Stadium on Christmas night against the Denver Broncos, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Central time.

Sept. 11: Chargers
Sept 18: at Texans
Sept. 25: Jets
Oct. 2: at Steelers
Oct. 9: BYE week
Oct. 16: at Raiders
Oct. 23: Saints
Oct. 30: at Colts
Nov. 6: Jaguars
Nov. 13: at Panthers
Nov. 20: Buccaneers
Nov. 27: at Broncos
Dec. 4: at Falcons
Dec. 8: Raiders (Thursday Night Football)
Dec. 18: Titans
Dec. 25: Broncos
Jan. 1: at Chargers
Three of the games will be played on 41 Action News: Oct. 2 against Pittsburgh, Dec. 8 against the Raiders and Dec. 25 against the Broncos.
Kickoff weekend begins on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016, and the regular season will conclude on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017.
Super Bowl LI at NRG Stadium in Houston will be played on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017.
