EARLIER | TMZ Sports released video overnight that allegedly shows the arrest of Kansas City Chiefs defensive back Bashaud Breeland on Tuesday in South Carolina.

The video allegedly shows the incident between Breeland and a deputy with the York County Sheriff’s Office.

The video is the latest in a string of updates associated with Breeland’s arrest, which was first reported on Tuesday.

On Wednesday morning, authorities released additional details of Breeland’s arrest. Breeland was charged with resisting arrest, transporting alcohol with a broken seal in a vehicle, having an open container of beer or alcohol in a motor vehicle, possession of less than 28 grams of marijuana and driving without a license.

Later Wednesday, attorneys representing Breeland said they looked forward to all information coming out in the case.

During a news conference with reporters Friday morning, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said he has talked to Breeland and that the team plans to evaluate after letting the criminal proceedings play out.

41 Action News has reached out to the team and Breeland's attorneys for comment on the video.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
