EARLIER | In their win last Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs wrapped up another AFC West title and a perfect 8-0 record on the road.
Today, the Chiefs return home for their final two games of the season, with a win against the Atlanta Falcons giving the Chiefs the top overall seed in the AFC, and with it, a first-round bye and home-field advantage.
The 13-1 Chiefs will be without rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who suffered an ankle injury in last week’s victory over the New Orleans Saints.
The Chiefs also will be without linebacker Damien Wilson. Wide receiver Tyreek Hill (hamstring) and defensive end Frank Clark (illness) are listed as questionable, despite practicing on Friday.
Earlier this week, reports indicated linebacker Anthony Hitchens was placed on the team’s COVID-19/reserve list. On Saturday, the team made several roster moves, including elevating linebacker Omari Cobb from the practice squad.

WR Gehrig Dieter has been activated from the practice squad via COVID replacement.
Offensive lineman Mike Remmers could return to the lineup today after battling an injury that sidelined him the past several weeks. Earlier this week, head coach Andy Reid said the offense has had to get creative to patchwork the offensive line.
The Chiefs and Falcons kick off at noon from Arrowhead Stadium.
