KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City Chiefs fans created a spectacle Saturday at Arrowhead Stadium by throwing snowballs in the air in celebration.
After wide receiver Tyreek Hill scored the Chiefs’ second touchdown midway through the first quarter, the snowy celebration ensued.
Unfortunately, at another point in the first quarter, a fan nearly hit Indianapolis Colts punter Rigoberto Sanchez with a snowball from the stands.
Several fans in the upper deck were spotted throwing snowballs into the lower seating bowl.
Later in the game, when a snowball from lobbed toward the field from behind the Chiefs' bench, coach Andy Reid admonished fans and pointed to his head, implying he wanted them to think.
If the snowballs continue being lobbed toward the field, the Chiefs could be penalized.
