KU has found a way to reload its' legendary talent pool including signing Oak Park's Ochai Agbaji. Kansas is the presason number one for several reasons. The Big 12 champs have a top 10 recruiting class, boasting a couple of 5 star guards coming to Lawrence. Devon Dotson and Quentin Grimes will provide a fast up tempo back court.
The Jayhawks benefit from the transfer game as well. K.J. Lawson averages 12 points per game plus his brother Dedric Lawson put up nearly 20 points per game at Memphis.
