KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A second Kansas City, Kansas, Public Schools football game has been canceled this week.

The district announced on Twitter Thursday afternoon that Friday’s game between Washington High School and J.C. Harmon High School will no longer happen.

No reason was given for the cancellation.

However, on Monday, Schlagle High School’s game against Lansing High School didn’t happen because a player on the Schlagle team tested positive for COVID-19.
