KANSAS CITY, Mo. — While the NFL has canceled this year’s Pro Bowl game, fans are still allowed to vote for the best players, and the Kansas City Chiefs are well-represented.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has the most votes of any player in either league so far, receiving 143,355 votes. Mahomes has a narrow lead over Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
Tight end Travis Kelce leads all tight ends in voting in either league with 127,868 votes.
Mahomes and Kelce rank in the top five overall vote-getters.
On the defensive side of the ball, Chiefs’ Chris Jones leads among AFC defensive tackles with 54,987 votes. Tyrann Mathieu leads among AFC strong safeties with 70,941 votes.
Voting runs through Dec. 17. Fans can vote on the NFL’s website.
This year’s Pro Bowl will be held virtually, capped off with players facing off within Madden NFL 21.
