KANSAS CITY, Mo. — As Chiefs general manager, John Dorsey oversaw the drafting of Patrick Mahomes in 2017, who already owns an MVP and Super Bowl MVP in his first two seasons as a starter.
As Browns general manager, Dorsey drafted Baker Mayfield with the first overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.
That makes the AFC Divisional game Sunday between the Chiefs and Browns at Arrowhead Stadium something akin to the Dorsey Bowl.
OK, maybe not, but Dorsey, who currently serves as a consultant with the Philadelphia Eagles, probably will be watching the game with quite closely — and for good reason.
41 Action News spoke with with Camryn Justice, who helps cover the Browns as a digital content producer for WEWS-TV in Cleveland, for the other side’s perspective ahead of Sunday’s postseason showdown.
Coming off the franchise’s first playoff win in 26 years, the Browns are riding high, but know quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the reigning champion Chiefs represent the season’s toughest obstacle, according to Justice:
