KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs may head into Sunday's AFC Divisional playoff game against the Cleveland Browns without their starting running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire.
Edwards-Helaire did not practice Thursday after being a limited participant in practice the day before.
He had practiced for the first time Wednesday since suffering a high-ankle sprain in a game against New Orleans in Week 15.
Other players who missed practice Wednesday include wide receiver Sammy Watkins (hamstring) and linebacker Willie Gay Jr. (ankle).
