KANSAS CITY, Mo. — What do you call a group of guys who love Chiefs football, having fun and scoring big?
According to Shawn Larson, Lance Larson, Connor Janes and Jake Gundy, you call it the "Tuddy Chain Gang."
Yes, it's a real thing.
You may have seen big gold chains with a massive arrowhead danging from the center. These guys are the ones who created them.
"Doing this together is one of the best things I've ever done. I think it's so fun every week taking pictures of people just hanging out with my friends watching the games. I think that's the best part of it," Janes said.
They give them to kids, sell them to other fans and have a blast doing it. You see, it's only one part of their ensembles.
"I mean, I'm just like everybody else. Get up, I throw my onesie on one leg at a time, zip it up, put the chain on and go to work," Lance Larson said.
"We rep our team, we go bat for our team, we travel to go see our team, we do everything for those guys and we apppreciate what they're doing right now not just for us but for the city man," Shawn Larson said. "What they're doing in Kansas City, it's incredible. I feel like this is something special that I never thought I would be able to see in my life."
When asked if the chains transform the group when they put them on, Gundy said, "We're probably all pretty crazy without the chains on, but I think we put them on and it definitely amps it up a little bit."
