KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City Chiefs starting quarterback Patrick Mahomes left the team's AFC Divisional game against the Cleveland Browns in the third quarter after a hard hit sent him to the locker room to undergo concussion protocol.
The Chiefs were leading as backup quarterback Chad Henne took the field, but the mood inside Arrowhead Stadium and at socially-distanced watch parties was a measure more tense.
He proved that "Hennething is possible" though, leading the Chiefs to a 22-17 victory with a gutsy pass to wide receiver Tyreek Hill that dashed any hopes the Browns held of winning.
Now, Henne has officially licensed the phrase for T-shirt production.

15 and the Mahomies is "dedicated to improving the lives of children." Its most recent effort is an inclusive play site at Martin Luther King Jr. Square Park.
Following the game, Chiefs coach Andy Reid said Mahomes is "doing great" and passed all the required tests.
Reid may provide further updates at his noon news conference.
