Royals to mark ‘reporting day’ with Opening Day ticket deal

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — There is no rest for Kansas City sports fans this year.

On Tuesday, Royals pitchers and catchers are set to report to Surprise, Arizona, for spring training.

As part of Tuesday’s “reporting day,” the team is offering tickets for the home opener on April 2 without any fees.

Fans looking to buy Opening Day tickets without fees can go to royals.com/tickets from 10 a.m. on Tuesday to 10 a.m. on Thursday.

The offer is only good for Opening Day tickets and parking.

The Royals play the Seattle Mariners at 3:05 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, in the 2020 home opener.
